How to Use WordPress for BlackBerry
1. Download the WordPress app from BlackBerry App World (either through the App World application already on the phone or from the main App World website at appworld.blackberry.com). Downloading directly onto the BlackBerry automatically installs the app. Downloading from the website requires BlackBerry Desktop Software to install it, available from us.blackberry.com.
2. Prepare WordPress Blog for connection. The WordPress blog may not initially accept connections from the BlackBerry app due to security restrictions (this primarily concerns WordPress blogs installed on hosted Web services and not necessarily those hosted directly through WordPress.com). On the WordPress dashboard, navigate to the 'Settings' tab located at the bottom of the main menu. Select the 'Writing' subheading. On the Writing Settings screen, scroll to the bottom of the screen. Check the 'Enable the WordPress, Movable Type, MetaWeblog and Blogger XML-RPC Publishing Protocols' button, and click 'Save Changes' (Source 1).
3. Start the WordPress app on the phone. It asks to connect to a WordPress.com blog or a self-hosted WordPress blog. Choose the appropriate response. Adding a self-hosted blog requires you to enter the URL for the blog (in the format http://www.exampleblog.com), the user name and the password. Connecting to the WordPress.com blog just requires the username and password. After the information is entered, the app connects to the blog. The blog name appears on a list, from which you can manage multiple blogs (just press the 'BlackBerry' menu key and select 'Add Blog').
