How to Export and Import a Wordpress Blog
1.
Log into your Wordpress account and select 'Manage' from the dashboard.

Click on 'Export.' That will take you to the next menu, which allows you to export all the content in your blog as a unique file. When you are ready, Click on 'Download Export File.'
3. Go to your computer files browser and locate the file you just exported to make sure that you have it.

Log into your new Wordpress blog account and go to your dashboard. On the menu, you will find again the 'Manage' option. click on it and you will again see 'Export' and 'Import.' Click on 'Import.'
5.
Under the Import menu, you will see that there are different options, depending on where you had hosted your previous blog. Click on the 'Wordpress' option and browse the file you previously imported.
6. Once the upload is over, you can visit your site and you will see that all your old content is there.
