How to Restore a WordPress Blog With WP
1. Log in to your hosting account, then click 'PhpMyAdmin' in the Databases section. The PhpMyAdmin page opens.
2. Click the database that you want to restore the WordPress backup to, then click the 'Import' tab.
3. Click 'Browse' or 'Choose File' next to the 'Text' box, then go to the backup file on your computer.
4. Click the backup file to select it, then click 'Open.'
5. Select 'SQL' from the 'Format' drop-down list, or click the 'SQL' button. Click 'Go.' When the backup process is complete, the Success screen appears.
